A few rules
- Every Front Desk call starts with a notice. The caller is talking to AI, and the call may be recorded.
- A missed-call text only goes out if the person agreed to texts.
- AI Team assistants draft. They don't send, and they don't spend, unless you approve it.
- Google review replies are drafts until you say to post them.
- Your accounts stay yours. The Google login, the phone number, and the calendar. For an AI team, you also own the assistant account you pay for, so stopping with us is a clean break.
