What you get

No jargon, and no rabbit holes. We set it up and show you how it works in plain English.
Assistants with real jobs. Starter is the inbox, with email and calendar connected. Team and Builder add a calendar helper, plus content and projects.
They draft. You approve. Nothing gets sent or posted without your OK.
We create the assistant account with you on the setup call. You don't need one beforehand. Grok, Claude and ChatGPT are the main tracks. Gemini if it fits better.
You pay that platform's subscription yourself, on your card. The account is yours. If you cancel with us, it's a clean break: the setup stays, nothing has to be transferred, and we stop maintaining it.
We connect the email and calendar you already use: Gmail and Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, or Apple iCloud.
You leave with a short handoff and a recorded training video, so you can watch the walkthrough again. The handoff says what each helper does, when the routines run, what we left out on purpose, and how to reach us. If you want them to sound like you, bring a few emails or posts you've already written.
Starter is one 60-minute setup call. Team is two calls, 90 minutes each. Builder is three calls, 90 minutes each. After the calls, we follow up at 7 days, 14 days, and 30 days.

We work with Google, Outlook / Microsoft 365, and Apple iCloud. We check your setup on the day. If a connection isn't available, we use simple fallbacks like forwarding or sharing your calendar.

Starter

One inbox helper, with email and calendar connected (Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud). A weekday morning digest of the emails that need you, plus reply drafts. We teach you on the call and send a short handoff. The setup call is 60 minutes.

If you cancel with us, it's a clean break: everything keeps working as we set it up, nothing has to be transferred, and we stop maintaining it.

What Care includes

For when you want the setup to keep working, and you don't want to think about it. Same rule as setup day: the assistant drafts, you approve.

Each month

A check-in, on a call or in writing if you prefer.
Fixes when something breaks. Email, calendar, or connected files disconnected. A routine that stopped. Sign-in trouble.
Small tune-ups: helper instructions, when routines run, and how the digest is written.
A check for platform changes that would affect your setup, and an adjustment if they do.
Questions by email or message.
A short note on what we checked and what we changed.

Not in Care

New helpers or new workflows. That's a separate quote, or a Growth Sprint.
Writing your content or your outreach.
A second platform. That's a separate quote. We set up one fully first.
Outside tools: Zapier, n8n, APIs, or building apps.
Unused time does not roll into the next month.

What a Growth Sprint includes

For Care clients who want to reach more customers and don't have time to write. One goal, for 30 days. It does not replace Care. If you cancel Care during a sprint, the sprint still finishes its 30 days.

The 30 days

Week 1 is the plan. A kickoff call. You pick one goal, such as more inquiries or reconnecting with past clients, the channels, and who you want to reach. You get a written 30-day content plan and a posting calendar.
The first two weeks are setup. Your content helper is tuned to your voice and the goal. Outreach templates are set up.
Then the drafts. Posts or a newsletter, and personalized notes for new leads, past clients, and referral asks. You approve them. You send them.
Day 30 is the wrap-up. A short written recap of what went out, and any replies you share with us, plus a simple plan you can keep running yourself.

Not in a Growth Sprint

Posting or sending on your behalf without your OK.
Paid ads, bought contact lists, or bulk cold email.
Website builds, design work, or video editing.
Outside tools: Zapier, n8n, APIs, or building apps.
Unused drafts or calls do not carry past day 30.
